CNH 2012


ANSP LogoThe Consortium of Northeastern Herbaria 2012 meeting will be held in conjunction with the SPNHC 2012 annual meeting hosted by the Yale Peabody Museum of Natural History in New Haven, Connecticut during June 10 to June 16, 2012 (website).

This meeting will have field trips, workshops, and presentations that will be of interest to botanists and to anyone interested in herbarium-based collections activities. Registration will open and a call for abstracts will occur in January.

As part of the meeting, CNH will hold a short, closed session on Wednesday, June 13 from 5:30 to 7 PM to discuss business related matters. CNH is organizing three botany field trips (field trips). If you are interested in giving a talk or poster, nominate your presentation for inclusion in one of the SPNHC sessions and submit your abstract through the SPNHC 2012 abstract submission process.

Registration for SPNHC 2012 is open, and early bird registration rates are available through April 6th. Abstract submission is open through April 13th for poster and oral sessions. Visit the SPNHC 2012 site for details about the program (link).

 

CNH 2011


ANSP LogoThe CNH 2011 meeting was held on June 6 & 7 (Monday - Tuesday) at Academy of Natural Sciences of Philadelphia. An additional day June 5 (Sunday) was devoted to field trips to regional botanical attractions. The meeting minutes are available here (.pdf).

CNH 2010


CBA-SPNHC LogoThe Consortium of Northeastern Herbaria 2010 meeting was held in conjunction with the SPNHC & CBA-ABC joint conference in Ottawa, Ontario Canada during May 31 to June 5, 2010 (website).  The meeting minutes are available here (.pdf). 

 

CNH 2009


The Consortium of Northeastern Herbaria last met on June 8-9, 2009 at the University of New Hampshire in Durham. Our hosts were Chris Neefus and Janet Sullivan. The meeting minutes are available here (.pdf).
